This means that when you place an order, your order will be processed by a professional team at the Amazon fulfillment center. Please read the following policies carefully to understand our logistics process.

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Once you successfully place an order and complete payment, we will synchronize the order information with Amazon's system within 24 hours. Please note that this process does not include weekends or statutory holidays.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Due to our extremely fast order processing speed, please contact us within one hour of placing an order to modify or cancel it. After this time, the order may have entered the Amazon shipping process, and we cannot guarantee that we can intercept or modify it. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already entered the shipping process.

 

2.Shipping Service

Shipping Method: Amazon is responsible for all order fulfillment and customer service.

Shipping Time: Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days (depending on your shipping address and product availability).

Shipping Time Note: The above shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time Amazon confirms shipment and provides a tracking number. Actual delivery times may be slightly delayed due to weather, holidays, and shipping carrier factors, which are beyond our control or that of Amazon.

Delivery Area: We currently ship to [e.g., the contiguous 48 states of the United States] via Amazon FBA. The specific delivery area and cost are determined by Amazon during checkout.

Tracking: When your order is shipped by Amazon, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package's location in real time on Amazon's website or the shipping carrier's website (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).


 

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated automatically by Amazon's system. The exact shipping cost depends on the product's size, weight, shipping address, and selected shipping method. Please check the final shipping cost on the checkout page.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please check the store homepage or product page for details.

 

4. Receiving and Inspection

Inspection Upon Signing: Within 6 daysNon-working days are also includedafter signing for the package the date you sign for the item. We strongly recommend that you inspect the item as soon as possible upon receipt.

Unboxing Video: To protect your rights, we strongly recommend that you record a complete unboxing video of the package. The video should clearly show:

1. The condition of the package packaging.

 

2. The entire unpacking process.

 

3. The actual contents of the box.

 

This video is the most effective evidence for handling issues such as damaged, lost, or misdelivered goods.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please note

Return Shipping: For returns without a valid reasonproduct quality issues, return shipping is generally the buyer's responsibility. A returns charge of 20% of the order amount per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

If the unpacking video clearly shows that the product is damaged and cannot be used normally, a full refund will be applied. If you have any other questions, please contact us during business hours(Mon-Fri.9:00-18:00)

 

· Condition Requirements:

· The item must be in new, unused, unassembled, and unwashed condition.

· All original packaging, labels, accessories (such as hang tags), and gifts must be intact.

· For clothing and footwear, ensure that labels are intact and that items that have been tried on are not eligible for resale.

· Proof of Purchase Requirements: Valid proof of purchase (such as an order number and clear photo or video evidence) is required.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired product is to contact us and agree to return your existing item. Once your return is accepted, purchase a new item.

 

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Within the return period, please contact us via the contact information provided on our website (email: teeny@wuumy.com or WhatsApp) and provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photo or video evidence.

 

2. Obtain Authorization: Once our customer service representative has discussed your request and agreed to approve it, we will send you written instructions on how and where to ship your package. We will not process unauthorized returns.

 

3. Return the Product: Request a return and obtain an official return authorization through the "My Orders" page in your Amazon account. Return the product to the designated Amazon fulfillment center according to the instructions provided by Amazon.

 

4. We Receive and Inspect the Product: Upon receipt of the returned package, platform will conduct a quality inspection within 3-5 business days.

 

5. Once the Amazon fulfillment center receives and verifies the returned item is correct, the refund will be automatically credited to your payment account. Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on the processing speed of your card-issuing bank.
