CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER SUBMITTING MYORDER?

No. We try our best to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Our system does not enable us to change your delivery
address after you have submitted your order.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with a detailed summary of your purchases.
Please ensure that the email address used to place your order is correct as all
information regarding your order will be sent to this address.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service. You can also check the status of your order by visiting the
Order tracking page.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE COLOR AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

You may contact our online customer service within 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes. After this time, as the order has entered the processing stage, modifications may not be possible.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We currently only support PayPal, and will provide more options in the future.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM THE ONLINE NATUVENIXSHOP?

1.Within 6 days(Non-working days are also included) after signing for the package the date you sign for the item. We strongly recommend that you inspect the item as soon as possible upon receipt.

2.Return Shipping: For returns without a valid reason(product quality issues), return shipping is generally the buyer's responsibility. A returns
charge of 20% of the order amount per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount.

3.Please do not return returned items directly to the seller (us), as this will prevent your refund from being processed.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IF IT IS UNSUITABLE?

Items cannot be exchanged, contact us and agree to return your existing item.
